The geometric Monarch is, to date, the most shared and pinned beadwork piece I’ve designed. It’s this piece that convinced me to study the various skills needed to write a pattern and to begin the Winged Warps Series. I’m not sure what I’ll do with the complete patterns/tutorials, but I’m happy to share the Monarch graph here.

So very kind of you. I have wanted to make this since I saw it the first time and have tried so many times to no avail. I just love butterflies, and it’s going to look so good on my wall. At least now I understand how to make a pattern for these.
You rock girl. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I absolutely love, love the butterfly pendant.
Is there anyway to get this pattern?
I have a niece I would love to make it for her birthday. I don’t have a web site I’m just a bead weaver by hobby and make things for myself,
family and friends.

Thank you so very much for allowing me to bead your beautiful Monarch butterfly
I’m making it for my niece, it’s so pretty I might have to make two so I can wear one.
Thank you again for sharing your beautiful art.
I don’t have a website this is just for myself
and gift giving.

Let me get this straight… According to the instructions I can’t even GIVE the finished product as a gift??? I have a friend that raises plants for monarchs. ………but…I can’t give this (the pendant) to her????
